Main responsibilities supporting senior team included:

• As the only paralegal/litigation executive at the time, I learnt how to establish effective working relationships across the whole commercial litigation department, balancing multiple claims at varying stages of litigation to demanding deadlines for different colleagues, by planning and managing work activities to deliver on time and to the required standard

This is a small construction disputes resolution company that works nationally and handles large commercial construction disputes by mediation and adjudication. Main responsibilities via instructions from MD including:

• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing of projects
• Researching legislation, case law and amendments
• Creating Scott Schedules by inspecting client documentation and correspondence, analysing the basis of claim, relevant contract clauses and quotations and reporting back to MD
